Hi Ladies,

Welcome — or welcome back — to the blog. We’re doing things differently around here this time.

If you haven’t already guessed, that means:

“New season, new oil.”

This is a phrase I’ve been carrying in my spirit as I step into a new season — not just in my life, but here on the blog. I’ve wrestled, I’ve wondered, I’ve healed, and I’ve grown. Now, I believe God is calling me to move forward with more intention, more strategy, and more preparation for the road ahead.

A season where womanhood isn’t just something I carry — because it’s in my birthright, hidden in my nature —but something I’m being called to cultivate.

This new blog series, In Wait, is about the call to real  biblical womanhood. More than a ring. More than perfection. Not a checklist or found in an aesthetic.

This is about cultivating real life oil — the kind of grace, character, and strength that only comes when something has been crushed, poured out, and broken open at the feet of Jesus. Like the alabaster box.

For a while, I didn’t know how to talk about womanhood in a way that didn’t feel cliché — but still grounded in faith. There were conversations happening online, but they felt shallow, often wrapped in trends or aesthetics.

This series is my attempt to explore womanhood from the inside out — not just through the lens of identity, but through intimacy with God.

The goal here isn’t to prove anything. Or to pressure you. It’s an invitation,

To walk it out —

together.

The first post in the In Wait series drops July 11th.
